- Granite countertops with bull nose edge with a choice of six colors in lieu of Swanstone countertops

- Raised panel cabinet doors and frames in beaded cherry wood with beaded rope crown molding in lieu of oak picture frame cabinet doors and frames

- All appliance finishes are in stainless steel
- Refrigerator upgrade includes icemaker and water dispenser
- Range top is a ceramic glass, flush top in lieu of raised coils
- Microwave is increased in power, size and speed
- Dishwasher has added quiet run feature

Light Fixtures
- All light fixtures including ceiling fan light, globes, pendants in A and B configured homes ( C configured homes have recessed ceiling lights only) and decorator bath light bars are bronze finish

Flooring Surfaces, Tile and Stone
- Flooring is upgraded to a choice of travertine or slate natural stone
- First floor homes have tile extended into living room in lieu of carpet
- #2 red oak hardwood flooring in living room, kitchen and dining areas

- Carpet specifications increased to 20 year guarantee
- All carpet pads are 1/2" re-bond
